1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 720pub platform, accessible at 720pub.vu. They form a binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "Player") and 720pub. By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understood them, and accepted them without reservation.

720pub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Your continued use of 720pub following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version displayed on this page is the current version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open a 720pub account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in or accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes.
• You have not previously had a 720pub account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting under any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gaming platform.

You may only hold one active account at 720pub. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

During registration and at any subsequent point, 720pub may request documents to verify your identity, age, or payment details. This KYC (Know Your Customer) process is a condition of account access, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 720pub account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

720pub uses SSL encryption and OTP (one-time password) verification to protect account access. However, these measures do not remove your own responsibility to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the 720pub support team immediately.

720pub will never contact you by phone or email to request your full password. If you receive any such contact, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us through the official support channel.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All 720pub account transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment channels are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and local Philippine bank transfer.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods at 720pub under any circumstances.

Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as stated on the deposit page inside your account at the time of transaction. 720pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to the limits and processing times stated at the time of your request. 720pub reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

If 720pub reasonably suspects that a deposit or withdrawal is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct, the transaction may be delayed, blocked, or reported to relevant authorities.

5 Gaming Rules and Betting

720pub offers games and betting markets across multiple categories including slots, live casino (Betting), sports betting, and eBingo. Each category is governed by its own set of game rules in addition to these overall Terms.

Bets are confirmed when 720pub's system records the wager. It is your responsibility to check that your intended bet has been placed correctly before the relevant event begins or market closes. 720pub is not liable for bets placed in error by the member.

720pub reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) or where a pricing or technical error has occurred. In the event of a void, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

All game outcomes in the slots and live casino sections are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures. 720pub does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

720pub offers various promotions to members from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are optional — you may use the platform without claiming any bonus.

Promotions are subject to fair use — any attempt to exploit bonus terms through coordinated betting, bonus abuse, or any other method considered unfair may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 720pub and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent verification request.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's payment account or identity to fund or withdraw from your 720pub account.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the 720pub platform.
• Any form of money laundering, including using 720pub to move, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system glitches to generate artificial profit.
• Allowing underage persons (under 21) to access your account.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

720pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account for any breach of these Terms, for conduct deemed harmful to other members or to the platform's integrity, or where required by applicable regulations.

If your account is closed due to a breach on your part, any remaining balance may be forfeited after investigation. If your account is closed at 720pub's initiative for reasons unrelated to member breach (for example, a change in operational scope), your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 720pub support team. Before closing, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

9 Responsible Gaming

720pub takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only — it is not a means of generating income or solving financial problems, and no outcome in any game or bet can be predicted or guaranteed.

720pub strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years. If we have reason to believe an account is being used by a person under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

720pub provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses incurred due to platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

720pub is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost gaming opportunities, or data loss, except where such losses arise directly from our own negligence or wilful default.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the balance held in your verified 720pub account at the time the relevant incident occurred.

12 Changes to These Terms

720pub reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date on this page will be revised and, where changes are material, a notice will be displayed inside the platform on your next login.

Your continued use of 720pub after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through the support team.
